Built in 1774, Timber Post is on over two acres of farmland. We are located just six miles from downtown Nashua, 25 minutes to Boston-Manchester Airport, and an hour to Boston, Timber Post is suitable for both business and leisure travel. Enclosed garden, fountains, and a glorious canopy of trees adorn the outside. Once inside, exposed hand-hewn pegged timbers, wide plank flooring, and massive center chimney fireplace exude warmth, strength, and rustic comfort. Upstairs are four guestrooms each with its’ own character sharing clean and modern bathrooms. The Green room has been recently updated and has an in room bath. Our first floor has a large suite featuring a king size bed and two twin beds with private bath outside the room.
Our breakfasts feature farm fresh eggs and locally grown products. We have ample off-street parking (horse or snowmobile trailers), flexible check-in/out times and free WIFI.
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Vivian Girard at her Historic B&B Timber Post Bed & Breakfast and got the full tour. What an amazing building with comfortable bedrooms for short or long-term stays, an intimate indoor event space for medium sized parties or meetings and a lovely outdoor space big enough for weddings or other large events with a vast treelined background. Keep up the great work Vivian!
